WHERE ARE THE GROUP SESSIONS LOCATED?
Our sessions are located on site a private residence on Kimberley Court, Eatons Hill. Amanda will provide you with directions when you register for a trial or to become a member.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please bring an exercise mat, water bottle, a towel. Our FIT classes may include boxing and boxing inners will be required to be worn inside the gloves, or alternatively bring your own boxing gloves and pads. These can be purchased from places that sell fitnes equipment including Kmart, BigW, Rebel Sport, or Hart Sport.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN?
Given that spots are limited in our classes, when you become a registered member you will establish a regular time-slot that you’re booked into each week, ongoing whilst your membership remains active.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
I encourage our members to establish a routine that works for them, but I also understand that sometimes things come up that may prevent you from attending your regular face to face classes. That’s why I created our Members Lounge and I’ve got you covered with online video workouts that you can follow from wherever you are. Please note membership fees are billed weekly irrespective of member attendance.
I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY OR NEED TO TAKE A BREAK
That’s no problem. If you need to pause your membership please let Amanda know at least 7 days before you need to suspend your membership by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Membership suspension is for no less than 1 week and a maximum of 1 month before your spot is no longer guaranteed.
WHAT IF A SESSION IS CANCELLED?
This is very rare, but if it happened, you would be notified on our Member Facebook Group. So it’s important to make sure you are receiving Notifications for All Posts so that you never miss an update. You set this up via the Notifications section of the Facebook Group – if you’re not sure how to do this just ask and we are here to help.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Given restrictions on space and safety concerns, children are not permitted into the gym environment.
IntoFitness reserves the right to adjust fees from time to time. Any increase to fees will be notified in writing at least 7 days in advance of any changes occurring.
DIRECT DEBIT TERMS
– Funds are billed in advance of your weekly sessions from your nominated account at a weekly interval
– Cleared funds must be available at the time of debit
– Should a payment dishonour your fees must be brought up to date for membership to continue
– A minimum 7 days notice in writing before your debit is drawn is required to suspend membership, for a minimum duration of 1 week (7 days)
– A minimum 7 days notice in writing before your debit is drawn is required to cancel membership
– Additional terms and conditions may apply as agreed with the Direct Debit provider, as per the applicable agreement entered into.
I totally back my product and service and set a high standard of service for my clients. If at any time you feel unhappy about the level of service you’re receiving, please chat with Amanda so an agreed solution can be reached.
It’s a Public Holiday! That means I’ll be taking it too and no sessions will run on that day. But you can access Members Lounge at any time whilst you have an active membership.
As a Mum who understands the value of spending time with our children, there are times you can expect a pause in service. Amanda will give you notice of ay upcoming closure periods and your membership will be put on hold. Likewise, if you’re planning on taking any additional time off during school holidays or any time, please contact Amanda by email to email@example.com a minimum 7 days before you require your membership to be placed on hold.
Most of our training will be conducted indoors and always during wet weather. Training would only be canceled in the event of extreme weather conditions and in this event, Amanda will notify you via our member Facebook Group.
