    Welcome to IntoFitness! We are really looking forward to you working with you because we know how much this is going to change your life. Before we get started, we want to ensure you're safe to train with us. Please consider whether you need to speak with your health care provider before commencing exercise. If necessary, you may be asked to obtain medical clearance before starting with IntoFitness to ensure your health and safety. Your responses are treated as confidential and will only be revealed to relevant third parties if required in the event of emergency.

This is an important part of helping people make an informed decision about getting started.
  • IMPORTANT: Please read this information carefully. It is a condition of use of our services that you comply with these terms and conditions. These are the Terms and Conditions of sale of products and services supplied by Amanda Cremonini ABN 32 420 377 192 of trading as IntoFitness (herein after “we”, “us”, “our”) to any person, firm or company placing an order with us for the purchase of our products and/or services. DISCLAIMER We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to any information, content, materials, products or services, except as otherwise provided under any applicable law. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, howsoever caused (including through negligence or matters outside our control), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of our products or services, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of, or reliance on, information provided in connection with our products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim any such representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of our products or services. You agree to indemnify us and other persons involved in the provision of our products and/or services from all damages, losses, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of our products or services, or any information that you provide. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy and trademark infringement. No part of our products or services should be taken or interpreted as medical advice or assistance. You should seek the advice and assistance of qualified medical practitioners for your particular circumstances and needs. TRAINING AGREEMENT You agree to a minimum 4 week training contract with payments billed weekly in advance of services rendered. CANCELLATION OF PRE-BOOKED PT SESSIONS Cancellation of a pre-booked PT session requires a minimum of 24 hours notice or billing will be applicable. Discretion may be applied in particular circumstances. A make-up session may be offered, depending on availability of your Trainer. FEE CHANGES IntoFitness reserves the right to adjust fees from time to time. Any increase to fees will be notified in writing at least 14 days in advance of any fee changes occurring. PAYMENT TERMS Membership payments are billed weekly by direct debit, in advance of your sessions. Cleared funds must be available at the time of debit To suspend or cancel your membership a minimum 7 days notice in writing is requested to amanda@intofitness.com.au Failure to notify within the required period will result in your account being debited for the next payment. A refund is not available in this instance and instead, you will be asked to access the services paid for. RETURNS & REFUNDS Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions we shall not be liable to accept any returned products, but may, in our absolute discretion, accept the return of products, provided that such products shall only be accepted for return with our prior written approval. Products submitted for return must be accompanied by relevant invoice numbers. NUTRITION & HEALTH INFORMATION Before relying on any nutritional information provided in connection with our products or services, you should carefully evaluate the accuracy, completeness and relevance of this information for your purposes, and consider the need to obtain appropriate expert advice relevant to your circumstances. We have made efforts to ensure the quality of the information provided in connection with our products and services however we do not give any warranty that the information is free from error or misdescription, or that it is suitable to your particular purposes. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS You acknowledge that any intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, distinctive brand features, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to our products or services, are owned by us, or in some cases third parties, and that these remain the property of their respective owners and must not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of the owner. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws and nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use any of them. You may review our products and services for personal and non commercial use only and subject to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and similar legislation, you may not in any form or by any means reproduce, modify, distribute, store, transmit, publish or display within any website or create derivative works from any part of our products or services or commercialise any information obtained from our products or services without our prior written consent or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material. If you correspond or otherwise communicate with us, you automatically grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, copy, display and distribute the content of your communication and to prepare derivative works of the content or incorporate the content into other works in order to publish and promote such content. This may include, but is not limited to, publishing testimonials on our website and developing your ideas and suggestions for improved products. PRIVACY You authorise us to hold and use information you have provided to us, to: Manage your account, including to send you statements and invoices; Provide information to you about our products and any special offers we believe may be of interest to you, unless you advise us otherwise; and Transfer your information to related or associated companies and other entities that assist us to provide our products and/or services. JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
  • THE WAIVER

    I confirm that everything I have disclosed is true and correct. I will notify my trainer in writing at amanda@intofitness.com.au, should my health or circumstances change. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor/medical practitioner prior to and regarding my participation in the fitness sessions and online training with IntoFitness and to receive prior approval to participate where necessary. Should medical clearance be requested, I acknowledge that I will not be able to commence training until this is provided. Any membership fees pre-paid by me will be refunded if medical clearance is unsuccessful upon providing the written advice from your doctor, or health care professional, within 7 days of obtaining the written advice and / or fees being paid. I acknowledge that commencing any exercise program is not without associated risks or hazards that may result in damage, loss, cost or expense. I fully understand all risks involved as a result of my participation in any exercise program and that any instruction or advice is followed at my own risk. I understand that the workouts provided may not be suitable for me and I will substitute or eliminate any exercise that is not suitable for my condition under the guidance of the trainer. I acknowledge that if I have any new medical condition arise or my condition worsens, I have a duty to disclose this before continuing with training, including the nature and extent of the illness or disability. In this situation, I understand that IntoFitness may request a written medical clearance before continuing with training. I understand IntoFitness and its associated parties is not medically qualified to provide me with medical advice concerning my health and fitness. I agree to stop any exercise immediately if I experience pain, shortness of breath or other physical responses indicating a low tolerance to the prescribed exercise. By signing this document I am acknowledging that I am personally responsible for my own safety and to the full extent permitted by law.

Frequently Asked Questions & Terms Of Business
WHERE ARE THE GROUP SESSIONS LOCATED?

Our sessions are located at Southpine Sports Complex, 620 Southpine Rd, Brendale.  We train from the Hornets Club, Brendale fields (not to be confused with their main training fields in Aspley).

To get there, enter the Sports Complex from Southpine Rd just next to the Vet with the big dinosaur out front – can’t miss that!  Travel down the road, through the roundabout and continue on until you get to the AFL sporting fields, located on your right hand side.  Hornets Club is the last building on the right.  You will find plenty of parking outside the building.  You will find us under the roof near the front, or around the back near the grass. 

WHAT DO I BRING?

Please bring an exercise mat, water bottle, a towel and of course sun protection including a hat and sunscreen as we are training outdoors in the shade. If you’re boxing, boxing inners will be required to be worn inside the gloves. These can be purchased from places like Kmart, Hart Sport.  You can also grab a pair of the cotton dusting gloves from the cleaning isle of your supermarket and these do the trick for just a couple of dollars. 

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN?

It’s not essential to book in to our sessions, but we do encourage our members to interact with us in our Member Facebook Group via our Daily Post.  This helps us with session planning and any modifications that may be needed and it also helps you to stay accountable to your workouts each week. When you become a member, you will be joined to this group.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

We encourage our members to establish a training routine that works for them, but we also understand that things come up and life is busy. The training timetable is flexible, so if today doesn’t work, come tonight or come tomorrow.  Our aim is for you to be consistent and to make it work for you.  As a member, you have access to our exclusive Members Lounge so if you can’t get to a face to face session, or would like to do some exercise from home, we’ve got you covered with online video workouts that you can follow from wherever you are.  Please note membership fees are billed weekly irrespective of member attendance. 

I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY OR NEED TO HIT PAUSE

That’s no problem. Our Trainers take holidays too and we think this is an important part of a Healthy Happy routine.
If you need to pause your membership please let Amanda know at least 7 days before you need to suspend your membership in writing to amanda@intofitness.com.au. Suspension is for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month before access to our member privileges would cease.

WHAT IF A SESSION IS CANCELLED?

This is very rare, but if it happened, you would be notified on our Member Facebook Group. So it’s important to make sure you are receiving Notifications for All Posts so that you never miss an update. You set this up via the Notifications section of the Facebook Group – if you’re not sure how to do this just ask and we are here to help.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Given that most of our members are Mums most of our sessions are Child Friendly. What does this mean? You can bring your children along under your supervision for them to  enjoy some active playtime while you workout, or simply be close by watching all of your moves and even copying some too. Please note, children are not insured to participate in our exercise program and therefore, allowing them to participate and be around or training session is at your own risk. 

Of course, if you have the opportunity to do some sessions without your children, we absolutely encourage this. When you get to workout without the kids, you will be able to enjoy the benefit of switching off your attention on them for a little while and bring the focus solely on you and this is absolutely priceless!  

Whatever you need to do to get your workout in, know that you are have our full support and we will do what we can to make it easier for you.

FEE CHANGES

IntoFitness reserves the right to adjust fees from time to time. Any increase to fees will be notified in writing at least 7 days in advance of any changes occurring. 

DIRECT DEBIT TERMS

– Funds are billed in advance of your weekly sessions from your nominated account at a weekly interval
– Cleared funds must be available at the time of debit
– Should a payment dishonour your fees must be brought up to date for membership to continue
– A minimum 7 days notice in writing before your debit is drawn is required to suspend membership, for a minimum duration of 1 week (7 days) 
– A minimum 7 days notice in writing before your debit is drawn is required to cancel membership
– Additional terms and conditions may apply as agreed with the Direct Debit provider, as per the applicable agreement entered into. 

REFUNDS

If there is anything you’re unhappy with, please come and speak with Amanda so we can come to an agreed solution. 

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

No classes on Public Holidays.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

If you need time out over the school holidays, just make sure you let us know in writing by email at least 7 days in advance of requiring a membership suspension to amanda@intofitness.com.au

Our Coaches are Mums too and so sometimes there may be a break in our timetable, or a change to our timetable so that we are able to balance work and family life over the school holiday period.  You will be given notice of any changes and will have the option to suspend your membership if those changes don’t work for you.  

WET WEATHER

We have full wet weather protection from our training ground at Southpine Sports Complex, so training would normally go ahead, unless dangerous storm conditions are anticipated.
