Most doctors will tell you it’s ok to return to exercise as early as 6 weeks after having your baby. But are you actually ready?

Has anyone assessed what’s happened to your body since having your baby?

To your Pelvic Floor?

To your core muscles?

Do you know the exercises you should be doing and the one’s to avoid?

Our Post Natal Program is designed especially for you, to help you return to exercise the safe way and feel good again. 

One in three women who ever had a baby suffer from incontinence in some form.

And whilst this may be common, it’s not normal and you don’t need to accept it either.

Our 6 Week Post Natal Program takes the focus and pressure away from getting your pre-baby body back and turns attention to the importance of rebuilding your body from the inside first.

By focussing on pelvic floor and core exercises, we will lay the right foundation that you would need to return to exercise like running, skipping, HIIT workouts and weight training. 

We want you to feel good again

Our program is designed to help you improve your pelvic floor and abdominal control, glute activation and strength, postural awareness and alignment, and build your energy and stamina levels.

All of this is going to help you feel confident about your body again and appreciate just how amazing it is.

And because your body is already working so hard with all that is asked from you as a Mum, we will dedicate time each class for stretching, mobilising and relaxing your body, so that you leave the class feeling amazing.

Program Inclusions

  • 2 specialist group training classes per week for 6 weeks duration
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 10am – 1045am
  • Classes held indoors at Hornets Football Club Brendale in the Southpine Sports Complex
  •  Carpeted floor, plenty of room for prams, babies on blankets and of course their beautiful Mums
  • Class numbers are capped to ensure you receive a high level of care and attention
  • Receive a copy of our Home Workout Guide so you can continue guided practice at home
  • Be coached by a Female Trainer with Post Natal Qualifications and experience training pre-natal right through to 40 weeks, and post-natal women at any stage.
  • Importantly, our program gives you the foundation you need to move into other forms of exercise, including other classes on our Group Fitness timetable.
