Most doctors will tell you it’s ok to return to exercise as early as 6 weeks after having your baby.  But are you actually ready?

Has anyone assessed what’s happened to your body since having your baby?  To your Pelvic Floor?  To your TA muscles?

And do you know the exercises that you should be doing and the one’s to avoid?

Our 6 Week Post Natal Program will take the focus away from ‘getting your pre-baby body back’ and ‘losing your mummy tummy’, to re-building your body from the inside out in the safest and most effective way possible.

It’s important to lay a strong foundation, so that you are able to progress to activities such as running, skipping, HIIT workouts and strength training with the essential pelvic floor and core control required for these types of workouts.

Our program will focus on:

Pelvic floor control, abdominal control, glute strength, postural awareness and correction, as well as improving your general fitness and strength, so you can feel energised and have the stamina to get through the demands of being a Mum.

And because your body is already working so hard, we will dedicate some time each class for stretching, opening and relaxing your body leaving you feeling amazing.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

  • 2 small group training classes per week, for 6 weeks
  • 30 minute classes because we know your time will be structured around feeds and sleeps right now
  • Classes are capped at 6 women to ensure you receive a high level of care and attention
  • Welcome Pack with lots of goodies curated for post-natal Mums
  • A Home Workout Guide so that you can continue your practice in between classes and after the program concludes
  • Female Trainer with Post Natal Qualifications and experience training pre-natal right through to 40 weeks and post-natal women at any stage.
