A comprehensive but straight to the point handbook on what you need to know to get results on this program and maintain them, including tools to set a goal, track your start point and monitor your progress and results.

TIME TO THRIVE DAILY PROTOCOL

This will be your daily point of reference to keep you on track in a simple and easy way at a glance.

HEALTHY MEALS AND SNACKS

6 weeks of meal plans and recipes for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and even dessert! Follow along or just make it your own to suit your preferences and lifestyle.

PRESS PLAY WORKOUTS

Train from the comfort and ease of home by pressing play and working out with Amanda when it suits you from wherever you are.  You don’t even need to brush your hair or clean your teeth just show up!

BUILD YOUR MINDSET MUSCLE

Build a stronger mindset while you build a stronger body with Amanda’s weekly mindset coaching inside of our private Facebook Group. Mindset is a key part of your transformation and when you get this part right, you’ll be on track for a lifetime of sustainable results.

THE TIME TO THRIVE COMMUNITY 

Not only will you get Amanda’s support, but importantly, you’ll get support from ladies who are doing this with you, because we all need a cheer squad to help us remain motivated and encourage us to achieve our personal goals.


A one-off registration fee is payable to secure your spot on the program.  Think of this as a down-payment on your success and to show that you are seriously committed to your transformation.

This is a one-off refundable payment on your successful completion of the program.

The program cost is $49 per week for 6 weeks and is non-refundable.

All of the resources are in .pdf format to download to your device and use for their lifetime.

Access to the Facebook Group and Coaching Community will cease on conclusion of the program.
