Class Descriptions

STRONG –  Get fit, strong and toned with this weights circuit designed for women. You’ll have access to light to heavy weights based on your fitness level and experience.

FIT – Get your sweat on, feel energised and boost your mood with this cardio based, circuit style workout which includes fitness boxing on pads and boxing bag.

FUSION – Combining strength, cardio and core, this class blends everything into one for that wholebody workout.
