Last week you said, “I’ll get started next week.”

And now next week is here and the week is nearly behind us and something else got in the way.

Do you know I’ve had people tell me that they have followed what I do for up to 2 years before they made the decision to get started!

That’s a long time procrastinating isn’t it!

Well I don’t want you to wait that long to start looking and feeling better on the inside and out.

Because seriously, living a healthy active lifestyle is the antidote to most of our woes, aches and ails.

I’m not saying you have to join us…. although we do have a pretty awesome community of people who show up for each other, who show up for me and most importantly, they show up for themselves each and every week.  Our Members feel amazing running on Group Exercise in a community of No Mirrors and No Judgments.

But if outdoor Group Fitness isn’t your style, that’s ok.  Being active can take many different shapes and forms.  You just need to find what you enjoy doing, what lights you up, what doesn’t feel like a chore and what makes you feel freakin’ amazing after you’re done.

Being active doesn’t even have to cost you a cent if you think about it.

It can be as simple as putting on your trainers, don some comfortable clothing and get outside for a walk.  Seriously!

You think walking isn’t going to make you look and feel better on the inside and out?  Give it a try and see for yourself and I bet you will feel so much better than you did when you were living like a Couch Potato.

When this becomes easy, and it will become easy pretty quickly, because the body is amazing at adapting to exercise;  you then need to find some hills or some stairs to make your body work a bit harder.  We need to continue to up the intensity, duration or degree of difficulty if we are to continue to see improvements in our fitness level and our wobbles.

When the hill walking and stair climbing becomes easy, now you’re ready to start jogging.

And then running.

But maybe you don’t like running.  I’m not a big fan myself, but I do it because I know it is great for my heart and lung health and my bone density.

I’m not getting any younger and nor are you, so you need to be thinking about your longevity.

If you’re not moving now, you had better get to it.

And if you have been following what we do and you like our style and want to give it a spin, then hit me up for a Free Trial Session and come and see if we are the right fit for you.

We have a very well rounded program that includes:

Strength / Resistance Training

Essential for maintaining our diminishing muscle mass and slowing metabolic rate.  Lean muscle will slow down the middle age spread people and it will help to keep your body strong to support daily movement right into old age.

MetaFit / HIIT Training

Short, high intensity workouts that help to burn fat, increase our resting metabolic rate and build our fitness levels fast.  You don’t want to do these kinds of workouts every day, but 1-2 per week are highly recommended as part of a well rounded fitness regime.

Box Fit

Our high energy fitness boxing class is a favourite among many of our members because it combines that Cardio High, with a great sweat and the opportunity to release trapped stress and negative energy by being able to hit those pads.  You will come away feeling strong, powerful, destressed and energised and nobody gets hurt or a bloody nose in the process

Stretch & Tone

A low impact session that focuses on strengthening and stretching our muscle groups, in particular, focusing on those muscle groups that need to work so hard for us, but are often switched off to the job they should be doing and letting other muscles take over.  We use resistance bands, powerbands and mini bands in this session to really target those hard to activate spots and whilst it may look like we’re not doing too much hard work, boy does it burn!

Stretch & Relax

One of our newest sessions to the timetable which gives our Members the much needed opportunity to relax their body and mind and to stretch their very hard working muscles and bodies into a place of inner peace and calm.  This one is becoming a favourite of mine too.

Did you know that most of our sessions are delivered in 30 minute blocks to fit in with a busy lifestyle and we run sessions 6 days a week, including 2 evenings and Saturday.

So there is usually a session timeslot to fit most people who want to fit it in.  And if our timetable doesn’t work for you, well we have IntoFitness Online, which provides you the opportunity to Sweat With IntoFitness but to do it at a time and place that suits you.

Heck you can even be in your PJ’s first thing in the morning if you like, or sans exercise bra…..no scrap that!  That really isn’t good for the “girls” so always make sure you’re wearing a supportive bra before you start exercising as those babies will bounce and it really isn’t good for the breast tissue for them to workout without support.

But that’s for another day…

Check out what we do here and hit me up for your Free Trial First Session.  You’ll be so glad that you did!!

Until next time,  stay healthy and happy people.

Yours in fitness and health,

Coach Cremo (AKA Amanda Cremonini)
